Parawatch Wiki (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is a fictional literary collaborative creation platform focusing on weird fiction, anomalous phenomena, urban legends, and related subjects. The Site is committed to providing creators with a free space for imagination while maintaining a healthy, friendly, and orderly community environment.
All users who join the Site are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these regulations.
Chapter One: Basic Rules
1.1 Core Principle—Don't Be an Dick
This is the most important rule on the Site. Insults, provocation, personal attacks, malicious mockery, and discrimination of any kind (including but not limited to race, gender, religion, region, etc.) are not permitted. We encourage rational discussion and oppose meaningless arguments.
1.2 Respect Others' Creations
All works on the Site are fictional, but every author's effort deserves respect. Please remain polite when commenting. Constructive criticism is welcome, but malicious disparagement, plagiarism accusations (which must be supported by evidence), or reposting others' works without permission are prohibited.

Works on the Site are fictional literary creations. Please do not associate any content on the Site with reality. All organizations, persons, and events mentioned are fictional, and any resemblance is purely coincidental.
2.2 Originality
Plagiarism and unauthorized appropriation of others' works are strictly prohibited. When referencing other works (including the SCP Foundation, other weird fiction communities, etc.), the source must be credited on the page and the licensing terms of the original work must be followed. 2.3 Content Ratings and Warnings
- If a work contains graphic, violent, psychological horror, or other elements that may cause discomfort, please add a Content Warning at the beginning of the page.

3.2 Ratings and Comments
If an article has a rating system, please rate objectively based on the quality of the work, and maliciously mass-downvoting or organizing groups to manipulate ratings is prohibited. When commenting, please address the work itself rather than the author.
Disputes: You should question the conduct and opinions of other users (including site staff) in a calm, mature, and civilized manner.
- Comments: You may comment while respecting other users. All comments must comply with the Criticism Policy. Personal attacks or trolling are prohibited.
- Ratings: You may rate an article for any reason based on its content. Do not rate based on personal opinions of the author, attempts to manipulate the score, or for the purpose of weakening an opponent in order to win a competition. Such behavior will be considered malicious rating. You may not upvote or downvote your own article, except in a limited number of circumstances.
3.3 Site Messages and Private Chats

- Rating an article according to your own judgment.
- Politely expressing disagreement with a staff member's decision.
5.3 The Following Actions May Result in a Permanent Ban
- Deliberately vandalizing pages.
- Openly engaging in misconduct or causing disturbances.
- Creating sockpuppet accounts (using multiple accounts)—this behavior is strictly prohibited; upon discovery, all associated accounts will be permanently banned immediately.
- Harassing other users.
- Other serious misconduct.
5.4 Appeals Mechanism
