User Personal Pages
Although we are technically a writing site (or, alternatively, a wiki or forum), users of this Wiki can still create their own user personal pages to introduce themselves, their experiences, or what they believe to be real events to other users.
The content can take many forms. Apart from pages you have published yourself, several paragraphs introducing yourself can also be a good format.
About Author Pages
Author pages are used to preserve and showcase a list of works. Therefore, every author page must contain at least a list of works you have submitted to the site, along with links to those works.
Beyond that, you may add any content you wish, provided that it does not violate the site's rules.
Minimum Requirements for Creating an Author Page
You may create your own author page if you meet any one of the following conditions:
- You have published at least two qualifying original works on the site;
- “Qualifying” means: the work has been published for at least 24 hours and has a rating of +2 or higher;
- “Work” refers to forum entries, organization pages, stories, guides, articles, artworks (the page must contain at least one piece of artwork), settings, and other works.
- You have published at least three reposted/translated works on the site
If you do not meet the above requirements (for example, if your works are deleted in accordance with the deletion guidelines), your author page will be declared for deletion by staff and completely deleted after a 72-hour grace period. Author pages are also not subject to the usual low-rating deletion standards.
Tips
After creating your author page, please add a link to your author page to the appropriate location on this page in chronological order, using the following format:
|| [[*user Wikidot Account Name]] || [[[Author Page Name|Title]]] ||
If you have any questions about author pages or need assistance, please contact the staff.
